You could give this guy a broom handle to play, and it would sound like gold . BRILLIANT

What's the weight like though? Some Artist guitars are really heavy..

wow this kit sounds soo good for the money. Buying this for my music room. I had a sub 500 dollar kit before and it didnt sound as good as this. This is comparable to the pearl export series I use to have. Upgrading the skins and cymbals etc down the line it will sound fantastic.

I have this model!! I normally do a setup and change strings but I havent done a thing. It's a fantastic S style guitar!! I was planning on putting in a Suhr FL neck pickup but nope, not needed. The pickups are wonderful

Great specs on the new Artist tele range, really a massive step up!.... But ....Artist how about just a couple of normal colours as well, minus the paisley and the super heavy relic work?

Lovely playing, as usual. Pretty guitar, but will the novelty last? Tele's are loved for their simplicity, I'm not sure all that adornment is what Leo originally had in mind. At $600 I think I'd be looking instead at a Squier CV.

i just got one yesterday, and it sounds broken, like it has a random distorted background noise that shouldent be there, i dont know if its a amp issue or a cord issue i just dont know.

But you can If you are creative And used your brain

Make it a gibson scale and you have something Billy Gibbons would use.

Hi Peter, Amazing playing, I'm a fan. I've watched this and the others several times. It's one of the main reason I'm buying this guitar. This will be my 5th purchase of an Artist guitar, most of which you have reviewed. F's are good quality, but I no longer have any G's - even my Angus Young signature has gone (rubbish quality) - why would when you can get guitars of this quality from Artist. Thanks for introducing me to Artist Guitars.

I hit up Artist a few months back about being a Ambassador for their basses. They said i wasn't marketable, Too Fat and bald i guess. Sold my Artist bass and drum kit the next day By the way, Sounds fantastic, steller review.

Actually, the string should be 0.008-0.012" away, depending on what gauge strings you play. Lighter gauge strings need more relief, they vibrate up/down wider. Use a string height gauge, not your eyeball. Note that setting the neck relief is but job 1 when setting up overall string action.

I love Artist guitars (I have a few), but you guys have to get some decent players to advertise your instruments...no offence, but this fella doesn't do this guitar justice and the amp tone sounds terrible...just saying

Hi Perter, Love your Artist guitars reviews. I've just discovered Artist guitars and they are just amazing, they leave the name brands behind. Sold all my G's, F's are still good. I now have 5 Artist guitars and can't believe the quality and the prices are ridiculous. I've got the black paisley tele with the classic bridge. Just an amazing guitar. Currently at my guitar tech getting the bridge changed to a a similar bridge to that in Peter's demo.

sounds as Good as most fenders I've heard $300 my god thats cheap for a strat with a Wilkinson bridge and locking tuner sounds like its got decent pick ups in it, me got to buy 1 me thinks I can live with the green but a cream 1 would be perfect for me
